I guess, leadership can never be planted. It germinates. Kind of self-revelation I believe. To be honest to oneself is far important; Courage to belong to your conscience is necessary often. Because that's the best way to live by example. When one can put reasons by his actions, acceptability increases.
I wish there would be a world where we need no Leaders, leading us to achieve our Goals!! ( lire plus...)
